1. Who operates this app
Word Guesser is operated by Gustavo de Oliveira Soares Silva, trading as 11 Feed ("we", "us", or "our"). Questions about this policy may be sent to support@11feed.com.
2. Information the app processes
The app processes only the information needed to run the game:
- a coarse country code and timezone supplied by ChatGPT, when available, to choose the initial language and determine the current daily puzzle;
- the selected language, puzzle date, attempt number, and five-letter guesses submitted while playing; and
- game results, including letter feedback, win or loss status, and the answer after the puzzle is complete.
We do not ask for a name, email address, phone number, precise location, payment information, or ChatGPT account identifier.
3. How information is used
Game inputs are processed to select the daily word, validate guesses, return feedback, localize the interface, and restore the current puzzle. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or selling personal data.
4. Local storage and retention
Puzzle progress is saved locally in the browser's local storage and mirrored to ChatGPT's widget state. This may include submitted words, results, completion status, the completed answer, and an update time. Word Guesser does not maintain an account database or server-side game-history database. Clearing site or ChatGPT app data may erase progress.
5. Server processing and logs
The game server processes requests transiently and is designed to be stateless. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Brazil South. We do not configure Application Insights or a Log Analytics workspace for this app. Microsoft Azure may process technical request, infrastructure, and security data for service operation under its own policies and retention practices. Monitoring data collected before October 20, 2026 was subject to the former workspace's 30-day retention and Azure's deletion and recovery policies.
6. ChatGPT and OpenAI
Word Guesser runs inside ChatGPT. OpenAI independently processes information under its own terms and privacy policies. ChatGPT sends the app the game inputs and limited metadata described above and receives the app's tool results.
7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Word Guesser does not set cookies and does not include advertising or behavioral analytics. The surrounding ChatGPT or hosting environment may use its own technologies.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent user data. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers as needed to operate the service, or disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to this service. No networked service or local-storage mechanism can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your choices
You may switch languages without providing a location, stop using the app at any time, and remove locally saved progress by clearing the app's site data. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to support@11feed.com.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
