1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Word Guesser, a ChatGPT app operated by Gustavo de Oliveira Soares Silva, trading as 11 Feed ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Word Guesser is a daily word-guessing game. Players have up to six accepted attempts to identify a five-letter word in English or Brazilian Portuguese. The app provides entertainment only. It offers no prizes, betting, wagering, or financial rewards.
3. Eligibility and platform terms
You must be permitted to use ChatGPT and this app under applicable law and OpenAI's terms. ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI, which is independent from 11 Feed and may apply additional terms to your use of its platform.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass the app's security or limits;
- use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service or other users; or
- misrepresent the app, its operator, or its results.
5. Gameplay and local progress
Daily answers are selected deterministically from the app's word lists. Lists, accepted spellings, and puzzle behavior may change as the app improves. Brazilian Portuguese words are compared without diacritical marks. Progress is saved locally and may be lost if browser or ChatGPT app data is cleared, storage is unavailable, or the app changes.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its interface, branding, and original software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal purposes.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, including word lists and puzzles, at any time. We do not guarantee that the app, a particular puzzle, or locally saved progress will always be available.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of use arising from the app. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by the app and forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Sao Paulo, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
